I've ordered here many times, but I don't have any experience with the service because I've never needed it. Delivery is always within one business day, and the prices are very low. Great store!

A top-notch webshop with competitive prices and excellent service. After a package was returned to Ben by the wrong address, Ben's Electronics sent it back to me after a phone call at no extra shipping cost. Orders placed before 5:00 PM arrived the next morning. Great shop! Glad they're here! Another place you can go for parts. They're incredibly helpful, whether you're just buying a small item or buying up half the store. They're always willing to think of solutions, because there are already plenty of problems.

Ordered electronic components yesterday morning and they arrived just now in perfect condition. Prices are low and the products were also well categorized and easy to find in the webshop. The only improvement I can suggest is to have the option to view the website in English and add a description to each item
